Drive east from Tampa on Interstate Hwy 4, turn left (north) onto U.S. Hwy 301 and go 1.5 mi to Hamilton Road, turn right and go about 0.2 mi to the bridge over Six Mile Creek; the spring is just northeast of the first drainage ditch intersection, North of the bridge.
